POSTAGE, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

POSTAGE - We will endeavour to post all orders within 2-3 days.

They will be sent by Royal Mail on a 1st class 'signed for' service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - For delivery within the EU, please allow up to 14 working days from dispatch.

For delivery to the rest of the world, please allow up to 28 days from dispatch.

Unfortunately, once orders have been posted we cannot be responsible for any delay or loss.

RETURNS POLICY - If you would like to return an item please do so within 14 days of purchase.

Unfortunately earrings cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons.

Please return the item in original packaging, if the item is returned in the condition it was sold to you in a refund will be issued. If it has been altered or damaged a refund will not be possible.
